- Consumables and accessories once opened

- Provide product images/videos clearly showing the issue
- Our team will inspect and verify the issue
- Approved returns will be processed as per brand policy
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days
- Cash refunds are subject to store discretion

6. Installation & Service Charges
Installation, delivery, or service charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

Order cancellations are allowed only before dispatch or installation. Once dispatched or installed, cancellations are not permitted.
